Taking a sleeping pill can make a red-eye flight much easier. For many, sleeping on a noisy and uncomfortable airplane can be difficult. You may want to consider bringing sleeping pills with you on your flight, in order to rest comfortably. Don’t take any pills until after the plan has taken off. If there is an issue or delay you would be sleeping in the terminal!
